The Riley RM Club Privacy Policy

We collect and hold the personal data that you provide in your registration, application or renewal notice in order to provide you with the services of The Riley RM Club including the supply of parts, RMemoranda magazine, notification of Club events, and rally entries. Personal data is only made available to Officers of The Riley RM Club for the exercise of their duties, the spares service and the printers of the club magazine for dispatch of magazines. We do not pass your personal data on to any marketing companies or third parties other than mentioned above. We also collect, via the census forms, information which is used to record the history of Riley RM cars. No personal details from the census are made available to anyone other than Officers of The Riley RM Club. Where members have explicitly given their consent, contact details are made available to other Riley RM Club members via an on-line membership list for which annual renewal is necessary.
